We’re relaunching Burgundy High Performance Centre

When the Covid-19 pandemic struck South Africa earlier this year, we were forced to close our doors for several months like many other businesses.

As many will recognise from their own experiences we had to adapt quickly, which meant our coaching team producing daily training session plans, video exercise guides and live digital classes.

Introducing our Digital Subscription

It’s that steep learning curve that forms the basis for our brand new offering, which is geared around supporting the next generation of South Africans in the sports industry through our partnership with Connect Sports Academy.

When you sign up for our brand new Digital Subscription you will be coached, wherever you are in the world, by a young professional from the academy, as we work to empower them with sustainable employment opportunities and personal development here at our facility in Cape Town.

Moving this part of our service online will help us combat any future pandemic and lockdown restrictions for in-person coaching, as well as allowing our coaches to tell their inspiring stories around the world while providing high quality coaching to you.

We are committed to working with the young adults in Connect as people first and athletes second, as we give them every opportunity we can as they emerge into the professional world, on and off the sports field.

Are you willing to sign up to boost your own training performance while supporting South Africa’s next generation?

We’re continuing to coach in Cape Town

Our coaching team are also busy working away at our facility here in Burgundy Estate, Cape Town. We’re available for Personal Coaching and Small Group Sessions.

You can book in for a session via our website or contact our team with any questions and be aware: if you pop in to see us you could be rubbing shoulders with professional athletes, as we work with sportsmen and women across multiple codes, as well as teams and schools.

Thank you for supporting us in our drive to prove that high performance is for everyone.

Head of Performance
